For the first time Warringah fielded two teams in the Opens (U18) State Champs over the weekend. The Northern Barbarians was made up of our Warringah U17s plus Lachlan Thomas from Terigal and Dasun Samarakoon from Dubbo Junior Rugby Club Inc.
Despite being a year younger than every other team in the competition they showed that Rats spirit to be competitive in all their games, narrowly losing their QF to finish top 8.
They will be back next year looking to build on this years performance.
