🏉 U18 GEN BLUE Update 🏉
Geez 2020 is the gift that keeps on giving (not) 😳
With the announcement from NSW Health this week of the new COVID-19 recommendations taking place for the next 6 weeks for Community and School sport (specifically around Rep rugby), our 2020 plans for the U18 cohort have taken another blow.
As such the planned AAGPS vs NSW Barbarians games set for Sept 22nd have now been forced to be CANCELLED.
BUT we are still committed to trying to provide a meaningful pathway for the 2020 U18 cohort of rugby players at schools & club. So we will adapt again and include these guys in plans for the GEN BLUE program at the beginning of November.
Once we finalize what this new schedule will look like we will announce the new format – but it will offer a Rugby Pathway for all GPS, CAS, ISA, AICES, CHS, CCC & Club rugby players from Sydney & NSW Country.
Stay tuned – in the meantime the scouts are out watching as many games as possible, so keep training and working on those skills. 🏉
