The Rugby Club Foundation is looking for applications for the $3,000 Herron Scholarship, which is targeted at players, match officials and coaches aged 16-18.
“To further your involvement in the game through self-improvement” this may be via education, career development, apprenticeship programs or rugby objectives and would be contingent on your continued involvement in the game.
· Two scholarships each year will be awarded, one to a Sydney Junior and one to a Country Junior
· Scholarship value is $3,000 a year to each recipient for two years
· Nominations can include players, match officials and coaches aged 16 – 18
· Nominations will comprise of a resume and covering letter outlining how the scholarship will further the applicants involvement in the game through self-development
